Hello again, I am Emilie.

I am a Frenchie that grew up as an expat kid. I live in Malmö with my amazing husband and mischievous dog.

I have studied business and have 8+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition within agency, early-stage startups environments and corporate in the UK, Europe and the Nordics. I have coached and consulted with many job hunters on how to put themselves out there. Personally, I have also experienced management, internal politics, competition, dismissal, bullying, harassment, redundancy, growth, imposter syndrome and success.

In 2018, I took a career break, walked part of the Camino de Santiago and spent 2 weeks in Montenegro on an archeology dig. I had this dream that told me I had to work with my hands and with energy. That sounded less drastic than studying archeology or joining a monastery.

And so I began my personal quest, seeking more whilst maintaining my foot in the business world (that I enjoy). I am a highly sensitive, intuitive and spiritual person who also climbs the corporate ladder, loves eating cheese and indulges in some retail shopping (once in a while). I think the world should be a better place and supporting you in your personal journey will create greater happiness for all of us.
