How does it work?

Personal Development Coaching

A coaching session is a conversation in person or on Zoom/phone focused on an area of your life that you would like to improve.

During 1h, we dialogue on what you’d like to work on, what you’ve done so far about it, and together, we implement steps and milestones to enable you to reach your goal.

My role is not to advise you, but to guide your thinking through carefully chosen questions.

I have worked with clients on their career development, their spiritual development and accompanied them on their reflection around purpose in their life.

We can have a quick chat first for us to establish whether I am the right coach for you.

Distance Healing

I find Distance Healing comfortable and extremely powerful.

Beforehand, through a 20 min call/ messaging we agree on what you’d like the healing to focus on and at what time. I put myself in a meditative state and for 25 minute send you energy healing. From the peace of your bed/sofa, relaxed and under comfy blankets, you open yourself to receiving the energy. We then follow-up through a 15min call/ message to discuss how it went.

My role is not to « fix » or « cure » but to channel healing to you for you to obtain a sense of balance in your body, mind and spirit.

I have used distance healing with clients looking to cope better with stress management, sleeping disorder, depression & low energy levels, questions around what’s next in life and spiritual challenges.

  • Common benefits people experience from coaching include:

    • Improved sense of direction and focus;

    • Accelerated learning around a distinct topic; such as managing people, relationship...;

    • Improved performance in a distinct area such as professionally, health, finances...;

    • Increased knowledge of self/ self awareness;

    • Increased motivation or sense of personal engagement

  • Coaching is a form of learning, were a person (a coach) supports another individual (sometimes called a coachee) to make progress in some way.

    Progress might include reaching a goal, solving a specific problem, or creating learning and change.

    Coaching is normally a conversation, a series of conversations, that one person has with another.

  • Through questioning, listening, observation and feedback, we would create a conversation rich in insight and learning.

    You would dive deeper into the situation you brought to the session and you would develop greater awareness and understanding of it. In addition, we would brainstorms on fresh ways to resolve issues, produce better results and achieve your goals more effectively.

    Coaching sessions last between 30 minutes and 1 hour .

    A coaching partnership lasts an average of 6 sessions.

  • Coaching is none of the following:

    • structured training (eg: classroom learning)

    • therapy, psychoanalysis, psychotherapy

    • consulting

    • me solving your problems for you

Some answers about Energy Healing:

  • It is my personal belief that we all need healing as it is a non-invasive and gentle treatment with nearly no contra indications.

    Who can say no to 20 minutes of relaxation?

    You might want to establish balance in your body, mind or spirit. Or you might want to improve your sleep. Whatever it is, wherever you are, your body will take the healing that you need at that time. It is gentle and it is loving. You’re always in control.

  • The world we live in is an inseparable whole made up of energy. It is all around us and it is within us. We are energy! 

    Similar to the philosophy of Yoga, I believe we have several points of physical and spiritual energy in our bodies. They are called the chakras. The word chakra literally means “wheel” or “disk” of force energy. Our chakra points, our spinning spheres of energy, are stacked in a column of energy from the base of our spine up to the top of our head. Simply put, our chakras are energy centers, all connected, always in movement, through which, and from which, energy flows constantly. 

    Yet, due to  our busy lives, stress, trauma, heartbreaks, accidents or simply lack of sleep, the balance or flow of energy can get disturbed, our chakras can over or under function, and we find ourselves out of balance. 

    Energy healing is the holistic practice of restoring that harmony within you. The healer uses their power of intention and acts as an energy channel to enable you to restore that personal balance. If I were to describe the energy that flows through me to you, I would simply describe it as Love and Light.

  • Reiki is a form of energy healing with roots in the ancient cultures of Tibet. It was rediscovered at the end of the nineteenth century by Mikao Usui, a Japanese monk. The term “reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” the vital life force energy that flows through all living things. 

    Reiki is a complementary health approach in which practitioners place their hands on or just above different areas of the body. It can also be practiced from a distance.

    There are at least 30 slightly different branches of reiki, and some practitioners describe reiki as acupuncture without the needles. I have chosen to train in Angelic Reiki.

  • Angelic Reiki is the absolute joy of working hand in hand with the Angelic Kingdom of Light in order to bring healing to individuals and our world. 

    It is a powerful healing modality that works at a Soul level with the love and wisdom of the Angels. 

    Angelic Reiki was channeled by Kevin Core, through Archangel Metatron. The system was developed and taught by him and his wife Christine. Kevin and Christine dedicated their lives to teaching Angelic Reiki. 

    I work guided by the Angels. Similar to Reiki, practitioners place their hands on or just above different areas of the body. I can also be practiced from a distance. For more information check out the Angelic Reiki Association.

  • No session is the same and it depends on where you are and what you wish to get out of it. I find Distance Healing comfortable for both practitioner and client as well as extremely powerful. 

    You could be in a calm room in which you won’t be interrupted, on your sofa, a comfy chair or your bed. We will connect by distance and the healing will happen whether you’re falling asleep, reading a book, cooking or doing the laundry. Please make sure you’re not driving whilst the session is ongoing. 

    The general structure of a 1 hour session would be as follows; 

    • Discussion: 15 - 20 minutes - We dialogue on what you wish to focus on. We can speak on Zoom, or on WhatsApp, with or without a camera. You might not feel the need to speak, and so we can skip that part, as long as you send me some focus instructions by writing. 

    • Healing: 25 minutes - You sit or lie down in the comfort of your home receiving the energy. 

    • Closing: 15-20 minutes - We exchange feedback on Zoom, or on WhatsApp, with or without a camera. Sometimes, the healing leaves you sleepy or peaceful and so we can just write to each other instead. 

    As we work together, you might just want healing, and so you fit those 25 minutes of wellbeing into your day. 

  • That is for you to experience! 

    We are all unique, and you might even experience one healing session to another differently. Some feel a sense of relaxation. Others feel emotions moving. Some hear sounds and others perceive colors. It all depends on your own senses and vibration awareness.

    Some clients can give me in depth feedback on sensations, images and intuitions. Others just doze in a relaxing sleep. Both are healing. The healing energy will meet you where you’re at. 

  • By offering yourself a healing session, you are carving time and space in your agenda for a moment of pause and wellbeing. 

    Make sure that you’re well rested and have eaten something beforehand. Ideally, you’ve not consumed any alcohol or drugs 24 hours before. 

    I always advise clients to take it easy after a session. In my personal experience, taking public transport or going in crowded places can feel a bit more overwhelming than usual. I always finish our session by making sure you’re protected and safe, but these sessions can move things around so having a relaxing moment after it can be best. I recommend staying hydrated, resting and doing activities that you find nurturing and grounding. 

    Like after a massage or a counseling session, your body and your mind continue the healing process. Some forgotten memories or emotions can pop up. You might remember your dreams. Some details in your life or people might catch your attention more than usual. As long as you stay aware and stay kind to yourself I would say it’s all part of the healing journey. 

  • What Healing and Reiki are not? 

    Healing and Reiki are complementary therapies. I am not a medical practitioner and I don’t offer any cures. Please always refer to a medical professional for any illness or injury. 

    Healing and Reiki aren’t magical solutions. For the healing process to function, your self belief and commitment are required. Healing cannot be given without consent and no guarantee about the outcome can be provided. You are your best healer. 

    Healing and Reiki are not attached to any religious or spiritual beliefs. You come as you are into a safe place.
